Understanding the concept of the value of money.
Learning how to manage and stick to a budget is one of the hardest skills we have to learn in life. Teaching budgeting skills from a young age encourages children to understand the value and concept of money. It also trains us how to think creatively and use different resources to accomplish our goal.
THE CHALLENGE
The theme for Skola Sajf this Summer is ’Earth Heroes, United’ . During our money workshops we will teach the children the skill of how to budget and how to use to the 60 / 30 / 10 rule. They will use their new skills to create a Super Hero costume as a group and participate in the competition.
