- 6 hard-cooked eggs, peeled
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise or salad dressing
- ½ a teaspoon ground mustard
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- Paprika, if desired

- Cut eggs lengthwise in half. Slip out yolks and mash with fork.
- Stir in mayonnaise, mustard, salt and pepper. Fill whites with egg yolk mixture, heaping it lightly. Sprinkle with paprika, if desired.
- Cover and refrigerate up to 24 hours.

- 9 medium sized potatoes
- 180 millilitres milk
- 240 millilitres whipping (heavy) cream
- 120 grams butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- Scrub potatoes. Leave skins on, if desired, or peel thinly and remove eyes. Cut into large pieces. Heat 4 centimetres water (salted if desired) to boiling in a saucepan; add potato pieces. Cover and heat to boiling; reduce heat. Cook covered 20 to 25 minutes or until tender; drain. Shake pan gently over low heat to dry potatoes.
- Heat milk, whipping cream, butter, salt and pepper in a saucepan over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally, until butter is melted. Measure out a small cup of the milk mixture; cover and refrigerate.
- Add remaining milk mixture in small amounts to potatoes in medium bowl, mashing with potato masher or electric mixer after each addition. (Amount of milk needed to make potatoes smooth and fluffy depends on kind of potatoes used.) Beat vigorously until potatoes are light and fluffy.
- Spray a casserole with cooking spray. Spoon potatoes into casserole; cover and refrigerate up to 24 hours.
- When ready to bake, heat oven to Gas Mark 4. Reheat reserved milk mixture in microwave. Then pour milk mixture over potatoes. Bake uncovered 40 to 45 minutes or until potatoes are hot. Just before serving, stir potatoes.

- Heat oven to Gas Mark 7. Spray rectangular pan with cooking spray.
- Mix all ingredients except carrots in large bowl. Add carrots; toss to coat. Spread carrots in pan.
- Bake uncovered 35 to 40 minutes, stirring occasionally, until carrots are tender.

- 3 to 3 and a half kilogram fully cooked bone-in ham
- 160 grams light brown sugar
- 250 grams honey
- 120 grams Dijon mustard
- 60 millilitres apple juice
Instructions
- Spray dish with cooking spray. Remove skin and excess fat from ham. Make cuts in ham about 3 centimetres apart and 1 centimetre deep in diamond pattern. Place ham in cooker.
- In small bowl, mix brown sugar, honey, mustard and apple juice. Brush over ham.
- Cove, cook on low heat setting. As the ham is bought precooked, all it needs to be warmed up and the juices infuse inside it.
If you want a cheaper yet good version of this recipe you can insert in the ham six whole cloves instead of the honey mustard glazing. Remove cloves before serving. Another option is to boil the ham in water and cloves for 15 minutes before putting in the oven.
