Last year ĠEMMA launched the first interactive play education video on financial capability called ‘ĠEMMA Ftit’. The objective of the play was that of exposing the target audience – primary school pupils – on money matters: difference between needs and wants, budgeting, saving, spending, setting goals, etc.
The play was launched at Skola Sajf 2019. This was followed by the holding of the play at primary schools. The road show came to an end in March 2020 due to the COVID-19 epidemic. The play was a success and ĠEMMA was a lauded by a number of schools for this initiative.
Given ĠEMMA Ftit’s success, ĠEMMA decided to produce a second ĠEMMA Ftit play. ĠEMMA Ftit 2 presents the some money matters as that of ĠEMMA Ftit 1, but this time targeting a teenager audience – from Level 7 to sixth formers whereby through those different career pathways, they can envisage the outcome of those decisions
ĠEMMA Ftit is designed as an educational resource – that can be used by parents, by teachers, and by teenager themselves.
We strongly recommend that you download and view the play together with your teenage children or to use as a class resource. ĠEMMA further encourages you to share and bring to the attention of other parents, friends and colleagues.
